Mid-autumn day for poors in Can Gio

On September 22, 2010, mid-autumn day, Can Gio Tourist City Corporation (C.T.C) donated 1,000 moon cakes for children and awarded five scholarships to five new students of HCMC Medicine and Pharmacy University on the occasion of “Mid-autumn Festival 2010” held by People's Committee of Can Gio District.

This is an annual activity on the occasion of Mid-autumn Day held by People's Committee of Can Gio District in order to improve physical and mental life of children, especially ones who are in tough conditions. This is a motivation to help them put more effort in studying and self – development. With enthusiastic support of the sponsor, the event “Mid-autumn Festival 2010” was celebrated more carefully and successfully than previous years, contributing to bring spiritual values to poor children in Can Gio District.
