Notice of Employer about the legal personality of the Contractor for the package Construction of water works and land-filling, phase 1 – 151ha, of the sub-project Construction of reclamation works and technical infrastructure

Regarding the seal of South Construction with the content “South Construction Pte Ltd – main contractor for the water works and land-filling, phase 1 – 151ha, of the sub-project “Construction of reclamation works and urban technical infrastructure” of the project “Can Gio Sea Tourist City” in Long Hoa Commune, Can Gio District, Ho Chi Minh City” and the Contractor’s license No. 99/2011/BXD-GPTXD dated 17 August 2011 issued by the Ministry of Construction to South Construction Pte Ltd, the above content is not precisely corresponding to the Contract signed on 27 June 2011 between Can Gio Tourist City Corporation and the Dai Phu Gia - South Construction Consortium Contractor, in which   South Construction Pte., Ltd is merely a member of the consortium. It is neither the leader nor the representative of the Consortium or the Contractor.

South Construction is not permitted to use this seal in any transactions with any other parties for any purposes. In case of damages to the Employer’s reputation, prestige, or other legal rights, South Construction and the other members of the consortium shall be jointly liable against the Employer and Laws.
