C.T.C’s Summary of Activities in 2010

On January 21, 2010, Can Gio Tourist City Corporation (C.T.C) held a ceremony, named " Summary of Activities in 2010 and Deployment of Strategies in 2011”, with the attendance of Mr. Nguyen Dinh Thai, the General Director, and all staff.

C.T.C approved the summary report in 2010 as well as deployed orientations and tasks in 2011. According to this report, all departments have made great effort to complete all assigned tasks and targets and achieved certain results in 2010

In 2010, CTC obtained significant milestones in executing Saigon SunBay project such as completing architectural design for 151 hectares with the partner Aedas; coordinating with Savills in project feasibility study; adequately preparing all documents and planning procedures 1/500; giving an introduction about the project at Mipim Asia Exhibition 2010 to call for investment and etc.

Mr. Nguyen Dinh Thai profoundly thanked to all the staff who have accompanied with C.T.C in 2010 to attain the essential goals at this ceremony. The achivements obtaining from a working year of individuals and groups within the company would be certainly deserving rewarded. However, the most significant meaning was the creation of a strong and united team who would combine together to finish Saigon SunBay Projects.

He stressed, "Saigon SunBay Project was confirmed as one of the typical projects in Ho Chi Minh City and received special attention from leaders of City Council and City People's Committee. In 2011, in order to complete objectives assigned by the Board of Directors, C.T.C staff must highly concentrate and try to fulfill the proposed plans on schedule to perfectly prepare for executing Phase 1 - 151 hectare".

At the ceremony, C.T.C also rewarded individuals and collectives who have contributed to the development of C.T.C as well as Saigon Sunbay Project. Four departments and more than 40 individuals have received certificates and awards from C.T.C and City People’s Committee.
