CTC signs Land Reclamation Deal of Phase 1 of Saigon SunBay
On June 27, 2011 – CanGio Tourist City Corporation (CTC) signs with The Consortium Dai Phu Gia – South Construction the contract of “Construction of Water Works and Land Filling, Phase 1 – 151ha” of Saigon SunBay project. The Phase 1 is estimated to complete in 18 months with the total investment up to VND 1,060 billion.

Saigon SunBay project plays an important role in the tourism development strategy of Ho Chi Minh City. With its potential of nature landscape and favorable location, Cangio is vigorously developing by receiving special attention from the city’s leaders. If invested properly, Saigon SunBay will not only bring long term economic interests to HCMC but also contribute to enhance Vietnam’s tourism to a new height.
